My mantra of health is simple: when you want to be healthier, you often think about eating better and exercising more. But there's more to it than just that. I believe there are four important parts: eating well, moving our bodies, getting enough sleep, and managing stress.

Many of you focus on food and exercise, but you forget about sleep and relaxation. You don't have to be perfect in any of these areas; You just need to find a balance. Fit & Awake teaches you that everyone, no matter your age, should pay attention to these four things for a healthy life.

In the consultation, Anita will work directly with you to design a personalized eating plan tailored to your needs. In our educational program, you'll learn how to eat according to your body's needs and lifestyle. Throughout your package, Anita will adjust your diet to maximize nutrients and involve you in the planning process. Our health plans are priced to be as affordable as a day out at the mall, including the cost of a restaurant meal or a branded shirt. If you can afford those, you can definitely afford our plans.
